Join Anya for a complimentary class at a new dance studio in Martinez. Class will be offered weekly on Thursdays from 5:45-6:45 pm.
Class fee: $20 starting January.
Bring your own yoga mat, 2 or 3 pound hand weights, and mini resistance bands if owned.

We had so much fun doubling up classes after thanksgiving we're going to keep going every Saturday!

Just 2 Saturdays left for 2021 make sure to catch them both.

Are you ready for in person/ indoor classes?
As the weather begins to change and our county moving in the red tier, I have the opportunity to start teaching Barre back at the Oak Grove Plaza. Dance Connection has graciously offered me to rent one of their studios. I can have up to 20 people socially distanced. I am planning on starting classes there in November. Please take a moment to vote if you are ready for indoor classes. All safety measures will be taken into consideration.
Please note this will be for mornings of M, W, F and Sat 8:30 am.
Looking for and indoor facility to rent for 5:30/ 5:45 pm classes.

Tomorrow 8:30 am Barre class is at Oak Grove Swim Club. Which will also be offered on ZOOM at the same time.

$10 ZOOM, $15 in person class.
For Barre please bring a chair, weights, resistance band and yoga mat.
