VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Students who are going on the band trip to Florida, please remember to bring the Course Verification form with you Thursday morning. Mr. Singer will be collecting them and will turn them in before we leave for the trip.

Hello Charger Band Families, we have an exciting announcement. This year, all three booster associations are teaming up to host the annual Cox Mill Golf Tournament. If you know of a business that would be willing to sponsor a hole or if you would like to play in the tournament, please contact [email protected]. This is a great way for us to raise money for the band!

Please take a moment to consider the following open Band Board positions for 2019

The following Band Board Positions are available for the upcoming school year. Please consider adding your name or nominating someone to join the Band Board.
All nominations are due by Friday, February 1.

Logistics Coordinator
-Assist the Band Director to carry out band activities, coordinate transportation, coordinate chaperones, maintain First Aid kit, Act as President in the event the President is not available

Fundraising Coordinator
-Coordinate fundraising events, seek donations, sponsors, work with Treasurer to maintain accurate records from fundraising

Communications
-Communicate with students and parents as directed by the Band Director, maintain accurate attendance of all meetings, keep the minutes at all board meetings.

Who’s getting excited for the holidays? Come out and support the Spirit of Cox Mill this Saturday as they participate in the Concord Christmas parade. They are number 93 in the line up. 🎅🏼
