Watching Uriah’s journey over the years has been such a privilege.

Today, he’s a graduate of the Barton Reading & Spelling System, dual-enrolled in high school and college, a high school graduate, and soon-to-be college graduate. What an incredible accomplishment! 🎓

Jamie and I are so proud of the hardworking, kind, funny, and determined young man he has become. None of these achievements happened overnight. They are the result of years of effort, perseverance, and a willingness to keep moving forward even when things were challenging.

Helping struggling readers is deeply personal to me.

I originally got into this work because my own son struggled with reading. After working with him using structured literacy methods, he improved by 4 grade levels in just 18 months. Watching his confidence grow completely changed the direction of my life and inspired me to help other children and families going through the same challenges.
