De La Salle High School is proud to announce its 2026 Athletic Hall of Fame Class, which includes football and track & field athletes Michael Barton '12 and Travis Carrie '08, legendary football player Don DeRosa from the class of 1975, aquatics standout Danny Driscoll '05, and basketball star Kyle Roemer '04.

Two former coaches will be inducted with this year's class. Former track & field coach John Harvey, who led the Spartans from 2007 until his passing in the spring of 2025, and former soccer coach Brian Voltattorni '98 will be enshrined this fall.

Lastly, the 2007 Lacrosse Team and the 2012 Football Team round out this year’s inductees.

The Class of 2026 will be celebrated at halftime of the De La Salle versus Amador Valley football game on Friday, October 30.

A huge thank you to all of our Spartan alumni and current student-athletes who came out and participated in this year’s Cross Country Alumni Run!

It was a great morning of competition, camaraderie, and Spartan brotherhood as alumni and current runners hit the course together!

After the race, our alumni kept the tradition going by gathering at to reconnect and reminisce about old times. Thank you to everyone who helped make this another memorable event.

For more than 30 years, the Cross Country Alumni Meet has been a favorite tradition among Spartan runners from across the decades. This year's event will take place on Saturday, August 22, at 9:00 a.m. on the De La Salle track.

Alumni representing multiple generations will have the opportunity to lace up their running shoes and compete alongside our current Spartan Cross Country team. Following the run, everyone is invited to stay for snacks, awards, and a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni.

Whether you're a former runner, a family member, or simply want to support the program, we hope you'll join us for this fun, family-friendly tradition. We look forward to welcoming Spartans from every era back to campus for another memorable morning together.

Join Us for the De La Salle Football Alumni Kickoff Dinner!

Spartan Football alumni and families, come back to campus and help us kick off another season of De La Salle Football.

Join fellow alumni, coaches, and friends for an afternoon and evening centered around the brotherhood, tradition, and excellence of De La Salle Football.

The day begins with a chance to join the team at practice starting at 3:30 p.m., giving alumni a firsthand look at this year’s Spartans as they prepare for the season ahead.

Following practice, we will head to the Brother’s House at 5:30 p.m. for dinner.

The evening will feature:

-Updates on the upcoming season from Coach Alumbaugh
-Remarks from current players about what it means to wear the Spartan jersey
-A special tribute honoring Terry Eidson and his lasting impact on De La Salle Football
-Time to reconnect with teammates, coaches, and fellow Spartan football alumni

The De La Salle family is incredibly proud to congratulate Tyler Spangler '26, Cal Randall '23, Bear Harrison '23, and Tanner Griffith '23 on being selected in the 2026 MLB Draft!

What makes this accomplishment even more special is that these four teammates helped lead De La Salle to the 2023 CIF NorCal Championship, creating memories and a legacy that will forever be part of Spartan baseball history.

From NorCal champions to professional baseball players, what an incredible journey.

Congratulations, Tyler, Cal, Bear, and Tanner. Your Spartan family is proud of you and can't wait to follow your careers. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan.
