Krithikesh and Faith were recently named as the May Impact Through Education student honorees at the CCS board meeting. Students who receive this honor exemplify initiative, hard work, and respect for others and make a positive impact at their school. Ms. McBee was named as the teacher recipient for her commitment to student achievement and contribution to our overall success.

We are so proud of them all!

In our final days together before exams, we enjoyed ice cream provided by the PTO, activities to destress, and yearbook signing. Now exams are over, and school is officially out for the summer!

We want to recognize our final 2023-2024 P2 Students of the Week, Lily and Audrie, for exemplifying the pursuit of excellence!

Today, we celebrated School Lunch Hero Day. Thanks to Ms. Mina for all that you do for our school.

We continued our Black History Celebration with a performance from the Dance Theater of Harlem. Classics fused with the contemporary was such a treat to see.

It wouldn’t be a Black History Month Celebration without some line dancing.

Students celebrated Black History Month by exploring the art of Faith Ringgold, Jacob Lawrence, Kehinde Wiley and Alma Woodsey Thomas. We have so many talented artists.
