Today I had the honor of providing a workshop on executive function to an amazing group of teachers at a local private school!

As OTs, we bring such a unique perspective to supporting executive function skills. Our background in sensory processing and regulation, development, and task and environmental analysis allows us to look beyond the skill itself and think about what might be getting in the way, so we can improve participation and strive for independence!

I love getting to share what we know as OTs, collaborate with educators, and connect with our community. Definitely one of my favorite parts of what I do!

🌟 Introducing Little Explorers! 🌟

Registration is now open for our 5-week Little Explorers social group designed for children ages 3–4.

Through music, movement, sensory exploration, and scaffolded play opportunities, children build foundational social skills including:
✨ Taking turns
✨ Playing alongside peers
✨ Following simple group routines
✨ Early communication skills
✨ Confidence and social connection

We create a supportive, low-pressure environment where children can explore, play, learn, and grow at their own pace.
