Hello 8th Grade Parents~ as a class fundraiser each year the 8th graders put on a Jr high homecoming the same night as High School.. this takes place at Triopia! I am reaching out because we will be needing Fall Decorations for the cafeteria, hallway and sidewalk (going into the doors for jr high games) if anyone has some we are able to use it would be greatly appreciated…more info will be going home soon I’m sure but in the meantime these are some items we need to be donated
I already have a photo backdrop
*Black tablecloths 20-30 (these will be used in gym to block off half of gym)Alison Wessler Meyer do you remember how many we used last year?
*someone that can do music (we used a speaker and computer year)
*Games- bags and such
* icicle Christmas lights ?
* straw bales
We will also need some parents to chaperone the dance and set up/ clean Everything up after the dance
Please reach out if you need and if you are unable to make it but can donate or let us borrow something you can drop off at my house if needed
