The offices are getting organized, the bulletin boards are going up, the coffee is flowing… and somehow the first day of school is getting closer!

For many of us, these last few days before students return are filled with a mix of excitement, anticipation, nerves, and approximately 47 things still on the to-do list.

One of our favorite things about our mystery keynote?

Hey NH school counselors, it’s almost time!

The school year may not have started quite yet, but we know the wheels are already turning—classrooms are being set up, schedules are taking shape, plans are being made, and counselors everywhere are getting ready to welcome a whole new group of students.

A new school year brings new faces, new challenges, new goals, and so many opportunities to make a difference.

So, before the students walk through those doors, take a breath. Give yourself some grace.
And remember—you don't have to do this work alone.
