Just wanted to take the opportunity to praise God for his goodness and protection today. As our parents know, we had a small fire at the back of our building this morning and called school off for the day. It's not unusual for us to use the word "lucky", but what we saw today was ALL God.
First of all, Mr Robert came in two hours earlier today (7:00 instead of 9:00) and discovered the fire, and we immediately called 911. Secondly, the fire was at a gas meter. The gas company was at school all day, inspecting and repairing the equipment. They determined it was most likely caused by a lightning strike. He said the pressure release valve was only allowing around 2 pounds of pressure out, so that is why the flame was "contained" to a small area. He said "I'm glad the valve wasn't taken out by the lightning because then it would have been about 50 pounds of pressure which would have caused tremendous damage to the building." God had is hands on New Life today 🙏

Orientation for our parents and students will be tomorrow night at 6:30. We are so excited to get the year started and be part of God's blessings on our school and preschool.

Good morning! A lot of exciting changes going on here at New Life!! If you know of someone searching for a school that offers small class sizes, loving teachers, and a Christian atmosphere, please tell them about us.
We are now accepting the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship.
