“We signed my 8 year old daughter for karate lessons and it’s been amazing. Bodyworks’ teachers have such a passion for teaching and they’re great with the kids. Lots of dojos exist, but the energy of bodyworks is why we chose it. We’re on the eight month plan to get to purple belt, just got yellow, and it’s continued to been a great experience. Shout out to Mrs. Page, she knows how to build confidence in the kids.”

Hearing from families is our favorite thing! It’s great feedback for our school and our instructors. Thank you!

A huge congratulations to Team United for an outstanding job at the tournament on Saturday. This was a national competition and our students really shined. They are not only skilled, but very dedicated and courageous as well. I am so proud. Next up is the Whistle Kick tournament on the 26th. We will be training for the next two weeks. Let me know if you are going.

“Amazing experience at Body Works Karate School! My son has grown so much in confidence and discipline since starting classes. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and genuinely care about each student’s progress. It’s the perfect mix of structure and fun. As a parent, I love seeing the positive changes at home too. Highly recommend to any family looking for a great martial arts program in Concord!”
