Today, we are celebrating Executive Chef Mario Morales, our Hospitality & Culinary Arts Instructor. 👨‍🍳
As a young adult, Mario faced many of the same challenges our members face today—limited opportunities, self-doubt, and uncertainty about the future.
The belief and encouragement he received from his instructors at Job Corps helped him discover his potential and build a fulfilling career in hospitality, where he shared his talents and leadership with organizations for more than 15 years.
Today, when Chef Mario steps into the classroom, he sees a younger version of himself in the members he teaches. He is honored to pay forward the same encouragement, guidance, and opportunity that once changed his life.
