Established in 2012, EntreNous is a Compton-based nonprofit organization empowering communities through holistic support rooted in respect, care, and compassion. Compton YouthBuild (CYB) (a program of EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, Inc) provides youth ages 16-24, opportunities to gain leadership & community advocacy training, financial literacy skills, life counseling, accredited high school diploma, and workforce readiness through construction/trades, hospitality/culinary arts and information technology training with transition services to develop needed skills for creating a sustainable future.

The Antojo Industry Trade Expo was an incredible experience.

Our team introduced our Impactful Bites program and emerging talent to industry leaders like Victor Villas of Villas Tacos.

Angie, a participant in Impactful Bites, even demonstrated her skills in a sushi demo with Chef Frank of El Sushi Loko!

Last week Impactful Bites received a donation of 1,000 cookbooks from a member of the community named Ron.

Ron’s father was passionate about culinary arts and collected these cookbooks over the course of his life.

Upon discovering Ron needed assistance disassembling, packaging, and loading belongings out of his parents’ estate, Constructing Success Academy participants came out and contributed their skills to get the job done together.

We all have gifts and skills we can share to support each other. Thank you Ron for supporting our programs with your generous contribution.

This week EntreNous’ CSI:STOP team and participants joined California Youth Justice Summit 2026 in San Diego, CA.

They contributed to discussions with leaders from across the country to empower young people impacted by the juvenile justice system in California.

It was inspiring to see our participants engaged in conversations about their futures.

Over 200 people came together to mingle, play, and learn how to thrive together.
17 organizations united to support the community.
And thanks to LA County Food Bank, 73 people returned home with groceries.
