FCA KICKOFF

We’re kicking off the school year with a night of voluntary Fun. Faith. Fellowship.

CHS students, come join us for the FCA Kickoff at Commerce High School!

Come hang out, compete, worship, connect with friends, and enjoy a night full of games and activities including volleyball, co****le, KanJam, Fortnite, Spikeball, and much more!

Food will be provided, and everyone who attends gets a ticket for a chance to win awesome door prizes, including Beats, AirPods, and much more! Win games with your team to earn extra tickets and increase your chances of winning!

🚌 NEW AFTER-SCHOOL BUS PROCEDURES
Because of the updated elementary dismissal time, buses will now begin afternoon pickup at the High School, then travel down Cherry Street before continuing the afternoon route. Please expect some adjustments to bus arrival times during the first few days as everyone gets used to the new routine.

Tonight’s Commerce Public Schools Board of Education meeting, originally scheduled for 6:00 PM tonight, Monday, August 10, has been rescheduled.

🚍 New After-School Bus Routine

To improve our afternoon dismissal process, we’ve adjusted our bus loading procedure this year.

🚌 Buses will:

* Pick up at Commerce High School first.
* Travel down Cherry Street to pick up Commerce Middle School bus riders.
* Continue down Cherry Street to pick up Alexander Elementary students before beginning their routes home.

Middle School Parents: If you are picking up your child after school, parent pick-up will be on Maple Street behind the Middle School. Middle School bus riders will board buses on Cherry Street in front of the school.

This new dismissal routine is necessary because of the updated elementary dismissal schedule required by Oklahoma’s new recess law. We appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts to the new routine during the first few days of school.

🚌 Boys & Girls Club Transportation

There will NOT be Boys & Girls Club bus transportation during the first week of school (August 12–14).

Transportation to the Boys & Girls Club will begin Monday, August 17.

✅ TeacherEase & Rank One Forms

Thank you! Nearly 90% of our families have already completed their online forms.

If you haven’t finished yet, please help us get across the finish line this week.

* All PK–12 students must have their TeacherEase enrollment forms completed.
* All athletes and band members (Grades 6–12) must also complete their Rank One forms.

If you need assistance, our school offices are open and ready to help. Just give us a call or stop by, and we’ll be happy to help you get everything completed.

* Locker checkout, cell phone lockers, and Chromebook payments will also be available during schedule pickup.
