Staff Council at East Texas A&M Staff Council serves as a representative voice for all university staff members and as a liaison between university staff and upper administration.

Holiday Market Vendor Registration is now open!
We are excited to invite you to be the first to register early for the 2026 Holiday Market at East Texas A&M University!

This year, we are expanding the market into a two-day event:
Friday, November 20 | 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 21 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. With a Special visit from Santa and chance for the kids to come take photos! From 10am-noon.

Vendor spaces are limited, so we encourage you to apply early for approval. Once your products are approved, you will be sent a payment link to complete your registration. When payment is accepted, your registration is complete.

Staff Council serves as the voice of staff, advocating for employees and fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture. We support staff by promoting communication, professional development, employee recognition, and meaningful campus engagement.

Anyone may nominate an eligible staff member—including themselves!

Voting Period
July 6 – July 17, 2026

☑️ Who Can Serve?
Eligible candidates must:

• Be a full-time, non-faculty university staff member
• Have at least one (1) year of continuous service at ETAMU prior to elections opening
• Not hold positions excluded by Staff Council bylaws
