If you need help with your Back-to-School Family Access packet, Smart is having a Help Night!

Our help night is tomorrow, August 9th from 3-6 pm in the Smart Computer Lab. All registration materials are to be completed online this year.

Happy August!

As you are enjoying your summer, please save, as you can, your bottles and cans for annual Walled Lake Schools Middle School Football Booster Bottle and Can drive.

The "Drive" will take place on Saturday, September 10th. Our players and parent volunteers will be coming through neighborhoods to collect your cans or bottle return slips.

Dear Walled Lake Middle School Football Supporters:

On Saturday, April 16th, 2016, is the Bottle and Can Drive to raise money for the Walled Lake Middle School Football program. Please bring the Bottles and Cans to Krogers Tuesday, April 19th, 2016 at 7:00PM.We will be at Union Lake Rd/ Commerce Rd location. We will have volunteers on hand to help recycle the bottles and cans. Plus, we will take Bottle and Can slips, too.

Today is Hoops for Heart day! We are having a 3 on 3 basketball tournament for all grades to raise money for the American Heart Association! Thanks to all of our PTSA parent volunteers for making this day possible.

Come join us for our last home basketball game of the season!

We are taking on Geisler Middle School, with the 7th grade starting at 4:00 and the 8th grade around 5:15.

In addition, all of the 8th grade teams of Smart, Sarah Banks, Walnut Creek and Geisler will be celebrating a great season with a tournament starting a 3:30 on Friday! Come on out and cheer on your teams.

Saturday, the middle school Wrestling teams with compete in a City Meet hosted at Sarah Banks. Good Luck to all of our wrestlers!

Happy Monday!

Here are two schedule changes for this week at Smart:

1. SKI AND SNOWBOARD SEASON IS ALMOST OVER :
This will be the last week for the Smart Ski/ Snowboard Club at Alpine. We will have our last club night on Tuesday, February 23rd.

2. BLOOD DRIVE ON 2/24 @ SMART IS CANCELLED:
Unfortunately, the Blood drive scheduled for February 24th has been cancelled. We do not have a reschedule date at this time.

Good Rainy afternoon!

Our JV football game scheduled for today vs. Geisler is being rescheduled to this coming Friday at 4:00 due to extreme rain and poor field conditions.
The game will still take place at Smart. Thanks for your understanding!

As communicated by Brian Wozny, DPW manager in charge of water service in Walled Lake, to the Walled Lake Consolidated Schools central office, NONE of the Walled Lake Schools building are affected by this minor water issue.
