TELACU Veterans Upward Bound The Veterans Upward Bound Program (VUB) empowers veterans to pursue a college education. VUB is funded by the U.S. Department of Education TRiO Programs.

Veterans can take advantage of FREE college prep classes in Computer Science, English, Mathematics, Typing, Foreign Language, and Science. VUB helps veterans smoothly transition into college-level courses and successfully navigate the college enrollment process.
