Hannah Anderson, an undergraduate student double-majoring in Paralegal Studies and Political Science, was named the Overall Winner at the Annual Research Symposium on April 19.

Hannah's research project "The Curious Relationship Between Restrictive Abortion Legislation and Adoption" won the 1st place prize in the Undergraduate Poster division of the College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts, and was later named the overall winner of the entire symposium.

As a result of her efforts, she will receive a combined prize of $750. Anderson's advisor for her research project was Dr. Ayal Feinberg, A&M-Commerce assistant professor of political science. Congrats Hannah!
