We had a fun first week of summer with our Enchanted Gardening camp learning all about plants and how they grow!
Perfect Gifts is an in-home preschool for children ages 3-5 years taught by a certified Early Childhood Licensed Teacher. Call for a visit!
Perfect Gifts Preschool is run by a certified Early Childhood Licensed teacher. The program focuses on teaching students ages 3-5 years preschool skills based on the Colorado Content Standards. The goal is to help students build a foundation for kindergarten and a love for learning through hands-on exploration. Perfect gifts also promotes social skills and brings in Christian-based teaching and learning. Classes begin in Fall 2014.

We celebrated the 100th day of school with a snack mix.and some fun hats and masks! We also had a park day to enjoy the beautiful weather!

Last week we read more fairy tales, learned about the number 12 and said goodbye to our butterfly, Pizza!

Meet Pizza, our first butterfly to come out of its chrysalis! We hope to see a few more butterfly friends when we come back next week for class. This week was exciting with butterflies, baking peanut butter cookies for our earned puffball party and starting a new unit about fairy tales!

We finished up our insect unit learning about camouflage and habitats. Our caterpillar friends are still hiding in their chrysalises, so we had to make our own butterflies this week. Maybe we'll see the real ones next week!

Working on our literacy skills this week at the teacher center along with continuing our insect unit learning about the life cycle of a butterfly! We also ended the week with a beautiful park day just before the snow came in for the weekend.

We're learning all about what makes an insect an insect and how they change as they grow! Some of our caterpillar friends have changed into chryalises this week preparing for their next life stage! We also learned about the number 8 and continue fun ways to review our letters and letter sounds!

Our first week back after spring break and we started a new unit on insects by welcoming some new class pets, caterpillars! We also learned about the number 7 and continued to review the letters of the alphabet!

It was a great week learning about the letter Zz and the number 6 as well as concluding our unit on ryhming!

We had a small class this week with some sickness going around, but we learned about the letter Xx and the number 5 and read another Dr. Seuss classic, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.
