🚨🚨 Adams 14 and MGT settled their dispute and reached an agreement; as a result, the State Board restored accreditation.

Here are the terms of the agreement:

- MGT has full authority and control over all district management, subject only to local school board;

- Duties, responsibilities, and actions of the Superintendent are to be redirected to MGT designation and delegation;

- MGT is empowered to engage directly with the local school board, without intermediation by the Superintendent; and

- All provisions of the external management contract between the district and MGT remain in full effect.
