Dr. Lawrence Oloff has built a distinguished career in podiatry, marked by excellence in education, clinical care, and sports medicine. After earning his degree from Temple University, he partnered with Dr. Allan Jacobs at Lindell Hospital in St. Louis, launching his academic journey.

He later moved to California, holding key roles at the California College of Podiatric Medicine—including Professor, Academic Dean, and head of the Special Problems Clinic—before joining Stanford University, where he founded a third-year residency, led the Podiatry Department, and served as Clinical Associate Professor.

Transitioning to sports medicine, Dr. Oloff joined Sports Orthopedic and Medicine Associates in the Bay Area, becoming managing partner and team physician for top organizations including the San Francisco 49ers, Giants (now in his 25th season), US Decathlon team, and Stanford Athletics.

He currently directs the podiatry residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center (UCSF HealthCare) and teaches at the Silicon Valley Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship. A respected author, he has published extensively in podiatric and medical literature.
