A Dairy Worker Training will be available Tuesday, September 15th from 12:00 pm- 4:30 pm at the TAMU AgriLife Extension Center in Stephenville. This training will be available in both English and Spanish and lunch will be provided by Zoetis to those in attendance.

The Comanche County Dairy Producers invite everyone out tomorrow, June 17th from 6:00-9:00 AM to the Community Center for the Comanche County Dairy Breakfast.

Validation activities will continue as normal. However, we encourage families to be especially vigilant in monitoring livestock for wounds or injuries and to implement appropriate preventative care measures as outlined in the attached resource. We will help navigate instances regarding state validated livestock impacted by quarantine zones on a case-by-case basis. Please contact each respective state species validation office for questions regarding impacted validation locations. As livestock producers and exhibitors, we are confident our families will remain proactive in observing their animals and addressing any open wounds, whether associated with validation procedures or routine livestock management practices. Early detection and proper care are critical to protecting animal health.
