I'm getting back on a decent health footing I think. So, I will do my best to publish things I think are noteworthy and about my martial arts philosophy that I have concluded over these last few years. As well as my developing self-defense skill set that I am beginning to formulate. Very interesting practical concepts that my studies on the various Martial Arts forms and Spiritual aspects have come to benefit me. I hope they will help you as well as they have me. They seem to cover the aspects of Creation and Life Skills that I have discovered over several decades.

In my studies I found something impartial and enlightening. I can't provide the source, author or publisher, but it bares consideration. Let me know what it causes you to think and feel. Usually, I don't encourage such open discussion because so many of you are trapped in ignorance and confusion.
" A letter to you, the new person, a child, and likely a new student: If you can't read yet, find someone you can trust to read all of it to you and explain it, if you know someone that is honest. Otherwise, save it until you can understand it and use it to save your life.
You don't know me and don't need to meet me for me to help you. All you need to believe is I care about you and am going to share what people did not tell me when I was growing up.
First, there are two different kinds of people around you. The ones that tell you or show you what will hurt you in one way or another. They will lead you into what will make you and others unhappy. They may not even realize how they are bad company. They can be kids or adults. They may seem to be loved ones and friends. What they show you to do may feel good but eventually will turn out to make you miserable in one way or another. It may ruin your loving relationships, it may rob you of your things and money, it can addict you to some substance, liquid, or behavior that controls your mind, body, feelings, conduct, and relationships in a very bad ways that you cannot escape from. It's called addiction. Another method of control that bad people use is fear. If they force you to do most everything their way, without teaching you to understand why and showing the lasting good, you are likely being manipulated, brain washed, and abused so they can use you for their benefit and to be misused. Like a slave. Some parents do this. Some teachers prepare you for this kind of abuse. And many governments use these methods to control you, tax you too much, and get you to fight wars for them that should not be fought and destroy the lives of you and others that could work together peacefully. Sadly greed and selfishness, anger, hate, fear, s*xual desires, pride, and cruelty cause people to try to use and misuse you and those you care about. Historically, this has been compared to you being a flock of sheep lead around, 'sheered' of your 'wool' (income), and eventually butchered.
You see, there are two forces at work in your life; that which misuses you and that which works with you for your benefit. You are caught between the two trying to figure out which to apply, how, and why. If you understand and choose the good for yourself, you are happy. If you live like a dumb misused animal (which the bad wants you to believe you are) then you are 'fleeced' and eventually 'slaughtered'.
Bad governments, thieving businesses, and hurtful relationships exist to live off you, serving their desires and benefits.
At the beginning of this letter I told you that you would probably have trouble understanding the truths I am trying to help you grasp. Save this information! Refer back to it to increase your understanding, and how you benefit from it. Remember to question everything everyone tells you! Family, associates, so called friends, teachers, preachers, Internet, TV, Movies, News, Books, Magazines, politicians, radio, music, etc. can be sources of truth or deception. To assist, to control. to abuse, to subvert, or if you are very blessed; to save you. In the end what you accept and put to use will be your responsibility. It is up to you. It's your choice. Time and outcome will tell.
Note: I didn't say anything about Satan or God to influence you, did I? However, when you come to know them and their differences you will have control over yourself and not be controlled by others. Freedom of choice is what you are demanding. right?
PS: Let me reemphasize! Most of how you are controlled and manipulated is in your Alcohol. To***co, coffee, tea, drugs, sodas, medicines, and other products with additives and that are highly processed so-called nutrients. You have been warned! And if you do not want to believe, health will verify! "May the 'Force' be with you.

- 2 Timothy 1:7 Then it must be up to us to shed the destructive thinking we acquired in our homes as we were raised, in our corrupted schools growing up, and as we 'navigate' the world we are forced to experience. I believe we undergo Satanic influences just about every where so we can realize they are in no ones best interest, no matter how pleasureful they seem. Once we are aware we can choose to be enslaved by them OR we learn from Christ how to overcome their degrading addictions and get on with living peacefully, happily, and with wise self-determination. On a 3X5 card, I have hanging by my door, I have written what I think is the most important thought I should be aware of as I come and go. "WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE? LIFE ETERNAL? THE CHOICE IS YOURS! We can entertain short bits of Pleasure, Pride, and so on; all the while digressing more and more into the decay of our body, mind, emotions, social life, and our spirit well being until we are no longer in control of out life and destiny. Or we can experience the inverse with the Godhead leading to a better life that lasts eternally. The choice is ours. And how do you know if what I am advising you to do is best and the greatest worth? Examine your life. Are the current worldly leaders ever getting us closer to peace, prosperity, and contentment? Or do they just keep making promises that do not materialized and do we get the same results with ever worsening circumstances? Is warfare getting closer to your door step? Do your taxes get closer and closer to being overwhelming? Do you have to take on more and more debt just to survive and is the national debt so gross it seems something we can not pay off? Does the media just entice you to buy more and more, seduce you to consume continuously, and do their Lusts satisfy for more than a second or two. Do you get the point or do I I need to keep making you aware of the fallacy of living by the current examples that oppose the advice Christ has given us? The choice is yours!

Sleeper Cell Agents Today. They approach you by your interests and desires. (Be not afraid) They can appear to be any age, s*x, religion, race, creed, colour. (Be not afraid) They seek to gain your trust, acceptance, and confidence. (Be not afraid) They seek to establish a relationship with you and/or your family members or "FRIENDS", (Be not afraid) They are as much the villain as the those throughout history. Study the history of the "Cold War". (Be not afraid) Their obvious targets are your full name, abbreviated forms of that, your birth date, forms of your social security number, your addresses; email, business, and home, (Be not afraid) They may just use their association with you to get at others you know. (Be not afraid) They want access to the bodies of the naive, innocent, weak, vulnerable, etc. (Be not afraid) If capabilities are revealed that they can use for their gain, such as knowledge of things monetary, defense, and so on; they want them. (Be not afraid) If you do not understand their methods, ask those that do and that are worthy of your trust. (Be not afraid)
