Her joyful belief that “food should be fun, food should be happy” continues to inspire tens of millions of kitchens all across the country every year.

Proceeds from every shirt support the Phi Upsilon Omicron Educational Foundation's Bates-Stoklosa Family Legacy Fund – TRAILBLAZER Research Grant, funded by Phi U Lifetime Member Evelynne Bates Stoklosa (Mu Chapter), Dorcas Reilly’s niece. For the 2025-2027 inaugural grant period, preference will be given to student research areas representing culinary arts, food science, nutrition, and dietetics, ensuring Dorcas’s pioneering spirit continues to inspire new generations.
