Today’s Guys in Ties meeting was all about making a strong first impression. 👔🤝

Our guys learned the importance of a proper handshake, eye contact, confidence, and how to approach others professionally. Then, we put it into practice! We even learned our own Guys in Ties handshake to represent the brotherhood. 👔🤝

It’s bigger than a handshake — it’s about preparing our young men to carry themselves with confidence when opportunities come their way.
