ECHO has no “membership” fee. The resource library is open to all and operates 100% on donations and volunteer service.

Registration is open Fall enrichment courses. ECHO is thankful to its partners for coming together to meet the needs within the community.

Community, please take advantage of the courses being offered this semester. Participation this semester determines how we will proceed in the future.
