The BrainMoves Course

The BrainMoves Course A developmental movement program that helps preschoolers with ADHD and the parents, teachers, & therapists who help them grow.

A Developmental Movement Program that helps Preschoolers and the Parents, Teachers, & Therapists Who Help them Grow. In 2025 Diane Malik, launched the online course, The BrainMoves Course, based on decades of experience in helping children learn and grow. This comprehensive self-paced online course shares with her practical, simple system that can be used at home, in school or in professional set

tings, such as occupational, speech or physical therapy clinics. The BrainMoves system is a natural way to help preschoolers with challenges or who want to enhance their current skills. The system supports the way children naturally learn through movement and play. There are movements that every child can do allowing them to begin where they feel comfortable and to grow from there. Diane has twenty years of experience training teachers and other professionals how to use the Brain Gym movements to help children with learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, behavior problems, etc. She has helped people of all ages one to one and in corporate workshops with stress management, career development, health coaching, mental health challenges, physical health issues, chemical imbalances, stress related illnesses and issues, improving parenting skills and improving behavior problems. She has researched and developed many techniques. Diane has been training teachers and other professionals and parents and other adults for 20 years in small and large groups (school districts and corporations looking for stress management for their employees, how to improve brain function and memory and improving job skills). BrainMoves is an offspring of these years of teaching, filling a need for those who work with preschoolers. With BrainMoves, children participate in their learning and progress and can be in charge of it by picking which movements they want to do. After doing the movements for a while, many children intuitively know which ones are the best for them to do.

๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ‘€ Meet the Raccoon Movement!

This playful movement supports near vision, far vision, peripheral vision, eye-hand coordination, organization, and staying calm for rest and sleep. ๐Ÿง โœจ

Try a quick before & after! Before the movement, have your child look around and notice if anything seems blurry. Do the Raccoon Movement, then check again and see if they notice a difference! Grayson's mom said "Before the Racoon, he couldn't count all of his cars correctly. But, after the movement, he was able to focus, see, and count all of his cars!"

Save this one to do with your preschooler, and follow for more movements!

Letโ€™s be honestโ€ฆ preschoolers can keep you on your toes. ๐Ÿ˜†

Sometimes what looks like โ€œnot listening,โ€ โ€œtoo much energy,โ€ or a big reaction is just a little brain and body that needs help getting regulated and ready to focus.

BrainMoves uses movement to help preschoolers build the skills they need for focus, regulation, and readiness to learn.๐Ÿง  Check out the link in our bio!

Sometimes the answer isnโ€™t asking little ones to sit still, itโ€™s helping their bodies get ready to focus. ๐Ÿง

BrainMoves self-paced online course uses fun, purposeful movements to help preschoolers move, reset, and get ready to learn.

Because sometimes, movement comes before focus. ๐Ÿ’ก ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

๐ŸŽ Get your preschooler ready for a successful school year with the Duckling Movement! ๐Ÿฅ This simple movement is just one of the complete BrainMoves system of movements designed to help prepare growing brains for learning by getting them focused.๐Ÿง

1. Point both feet at the same time, then flex both feet back, pushing out the heels. Repeat several times.

2. Point one foot at a time while flexing the other back and alternate. Repeat several times.

3. Move the feet with toes pointed in and out. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

See if your preschooler can do this move on their own! It's always best to do it without help to get the full benefits to their brain. *TIP: If you want to help your preschooler, try putting a stuffed animal in front of them and tell them to try to touch it with their toes.* Save this movement to do before the first day of school, and any time your child needs help focusing, and follow us for more tips!
