The Center for Innovative Practices (CIP) serves as a combination teacher, tutor, and coach for clinicians, families and communities reaching out to youth in distress or danger. Our primary focus is on key systems (Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare) that intersect with behavioral health and youth who are involved in those multiple systems. Our goal at the Center is to assist communities in identi
fying, selecting, and implementing evidence-based practices and other promising services that address the needs of young people in our communities, especially those facing various behavioral and mental health challenges. This investment in evidence-based behavioral healthcare improves quality of life for youth and their families while also saving money for systems such as juvenile justice and child welfare. Perhaps most important, though, is that it helps keep families intact. To contact the Center for Innovative Practices, Click Here and Send Us an Email.
