We are beyond grateful for Evangel Temple in Columbus, Georgia and their incredible team of over 100 volunteers who showed up BIG for Rigdon Road Elementary this past Saturday for Serve Columbus Day. 💛
What you accomplished in just one day is nothing short of amazing:
✨ Built shelves
✨ Organized a brand new parenting room
✨ Transformed a materials room
✨ Created a beautiful sensory wall
✨ Put together thoughtful goodie bags for staff
✨ Cleaned up all around our campus
✨ Planted flowers and laid rocks to brighten our school grounds
✨ Organized a clothing room for our families in need
✨ Deep cleaned every classroom carpet
But what means even more than the physical transformation is the heart behind it all. Before even arriving, you took time to gather prayer requests and intentionally prayed over each teacher. Then you walked through our school and prayed over every single classroom.
That kind of love, intention, and care does not go unnoticed. You didn’t just serve our school….you poured into our people.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for loving Rigdon Road Elementary so well. We are forever grateful. 🧸❤️
