Earlier this week Parkside was recognized by the State Board of Education for their outstanding effort & scores on the IREAD test. (3rd grade students take this test each year) 📕 Today our current 4th grade students had a popsicle party with Mr. Smith to celebrate their success! 🎉 We are so proud of everyone's hard work! 👏

Ahoy, Mateys! 🏴‍☠️

😃Our Pirates have been smooth sailing through the first few days of school! We’ve spotted lots of smiling faces, made new friends, learned new routines, and filled our classrooms with laughter.

🖤 Our crew has done an AMAZING job showing kindness, working hard, and helping each other. 💛

A big “YO-HO-HO!” to our incredible students, staff, and families for helping us kick off a fantastic school year. If these first few days are any sign, we’re headed for a year full of treasure! 🪎

They’re off to middle school! 🎓🎉 But, “Once a Pirate, Always a Pirate!” We are so happy to have gotten to watch them grow and feel confident they are ready for the challenge and adventure of their next chapter.

Teacher Appreciation Week was incredible thanks to our amazing PTO, community partners, and parents! We loved all of the delicious food and drinks, gift cards, and getting a restock of all of our favorite hand soaps! THANK YOU - we are the luckiest to have all of you on our team! 🍎
