Guns With Grady was in Hernando, MS, today in the Cockrum community. Eighteen people are one step closer to obtaining their MS Enhanced Carry permits. Thank you to First Global Methodist Church for hosting us today. We hope to come back and teach another class here again soon. What a fun day!

Today, Guns With Grady was in Senatobia, MS, teaching a Mississippi Hunter Education class at the Tate County Extension Office. I was happy to help these fine people obtain their Hunter Education certificates before the start of hunting season. I would like to thank Brent Sanders and Kim Powers for the use of the extension office, and for providing pizza, beverages, and cookies for the students. I would like to thank Game Warden Zane Stricklin for allowing me to use his safety ri**es for the fi****ms safety part of the course. And I would like to say thank you to my assistant volunteer instructor Eddie Moncrief for helping me with the class today. Eleven more young people will be more knowledgeable and and hopefully safer hunters when they hit the woods this hunting season. It was a fun day!

We had a small but excellent group in our class today. We enjoyed meeting each one of you! Also, thank you to Crosspoint Church in New Hope for hosting us. Thank you to Joey for letting us use your range today, and thank you to Jeff for working in your practices around us. A lot of good people helped us make today happen and we are grateful. We had a great day!

Today, my friend Corrie Harlow and I went to the range to practice for his upcoming USPSA pistol match. We were joined by Adam Sanders, who said he is interested in getting into competitive pistol shooting. Corrie was glad to give him some pointers. I was impressed with both of them. We had a great time!

This past week, Guns With Grady taught a MS Hunter Education class to a group of students at New Hope Middle School. It was a small class, but I promised these kids I would help them get their Hunter Education certification before the end of the school year. It is a great honor to be able to help young people become safe and responsible hunters and conservationists.

Guns With Grady held a class in the Mayhew area of Lowndes County today. All the participants were already good shooters. It was our pleasure to work with this group!

Today we taught a Guns With Grady class in Columbus. It was a small class, but a good class. Three of my former middle school students, who are now grown, attended. We also met some new friends. It was a great day!
