Huge congratulations to Kale Fuller (’26) for being awarded a Fulbright to Uzbekistan! 🇺🇿🎓
Kale graduates this Sunday with a double major in Russian Language and History, plus a minor in Turkish and Central Asian Studies!
About the upcoming journey, Kale says: ”I am most excited to be able to engage deeply with people from another country and to learn about another culture. I am also, of course, very excited about getting to eat Uzbek food all the time.”
We are so proud of your achievements, Kale, and can’t wait to see what you do in this next chapter!

Professor David Staley recently gave two talks about AI in daily life at a public lecture at the Upper Arlington Public Library and at Inovate New Albany. Great to see public history at work!

Students from Prof. David Staley’s History 3678 seminar (Applied Public History) displayed their designs for a Future Ohio Museum as part of the America 250-Ohio celebration—and specifically the Future Ohio theme month. These students designed original exhibitions that represent their visions for Ohio’s future. And, America 250-Ohio Executive Director Todd Kleismit was also in attendance. Thanks to everyone that participated!
