Educational Service Center of Central Ohio

Educational Service Center of Central Ohio Providing innovative educational services & programs for educators & students in Central Ohio.

Our purpose is to lead when necessary, support all stakeholders, and seek to share and leverage resources on behalf of our client school districts and partners. At a time when access to new state and local resources is uncertain, we provide districts with cost-effective services they may not be able to provide on their own. We do this through research-based instructional programs and by partnering

with schools to improve education for all students. Created by Ohio statute, the ESC of Central Ohio is dedicated to providing school districts with professional development, technology, support, planning and administrative services that help improve student learning. We are the preferred provider of direct instruction and professional development in eight counties, serving more than 225,000 students in 30 school districts, including three career technical centers, community schools, STEM schools, and private schools.

In his latest blog, ESC AI Specialist Nick Potkalitsky explores what it means to move beyond AI as a tool and help students learn about AI, not just with it.
