The Public Health Student Leadership Council will be matching donations to organizations that benefit the Black community of Columbus/Ohio and the movement - up to $300. Go to the link in our bio to find each of the funds listed above. Direct message us a screenshot of your donation and we’ll get back to you with a screenshot of ours! Racism truly is a public health issue, and PHSLC supports all Black lives and the fight to end systemic racism.
If you’re able to donate, please do. If not, continue to educate yourself and support others in this movement. Read Medical Apartheid by Harriet Washington or watch on Netflix. Listen. Learn. Be kind.
“We must recognize that racism is a public health crisis... We must speak the language of community, of civic unity, of changing the rules of the game for all.” ~ Dean Amy Fairchild
