Our Advanced C4 Culinary Arts students recently tackled Chef’s annual Tw***ie Plating Challenge, and the results are absolute works of art!

The mission? Take a classic, store-bought Tw***ie and transform it into a 5-star, Michelin-worthy dessert experience. From intricate sauce swooshes and delicate sugar work to creative fruit pairings and elevated garnishes, our students proved that true culinary talent is all about creativity, technique, and presentation.

Supporting the next generation of dental professionals is something we're passionate about.

We recently donated supplies to the C4 Dental Program at Columbus East High School, a career-focused program that gives students hands-on exposure to the dental field. We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a dedicated group of students and educators, including Mrs. Selby, who leads the dental courses with enthusiasm and care.

These students represent the future of dentistry, and we're proud to play a small role in helping them learn, grow, and succeed.

🌟 C4 STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Jennifer Young 🌟

Meet Jennifer Young, one of the warm and welcoming faces you’ll find in the C4 Student Services office!

Outside of C4, Jennifer’s heart belongs to her family. Married for 26 years to her husband David—an engineer for AT&T and the Columbus North women's soccer coach—they’ve built a vibrant life with their four children, a sweet Goldendoodle named Maple, and a brand-new grandbaby!

Life is always buzzing with exciting milestones for the Young family:
● Her oldest son, EJ, and his wife, Sydni, recently made Jennifer a proud grandmother.
● Her son Grant serves the community at Sandcrest Family Medicine.
● Her youngest son accomplished an incredible feat—graduating college in just three years with a business degree and a private pilot’s license—as he prepares for ministry work.
● Her youngest, Aliyah, is a high school senior who recently discovered her own passion for Early Childhood Education.

A proud Noblesville High School grad who loves baking, Ms. Young brings so much heart to our community. Next time you pass by Student Services, be sure to stop by her desk for a sweet treat and say hello! 💙

Today in Ms. Steinwedel’s Biomedical Science class, students stepped right into the shoes of forensic investigators! They analyzed evidence, gathered clues, and documented the simulated crime scene of Anna Garcia. 🔍🔬
