When it feels hard and like its not working, change course, rest, ask for help.
But never, ever give up.

I know all too often I would give it my all at work...only to come home and feel like all of my energy was wiped.

Playing with kids was a chore...

Cooking dinner....ugh!

And for several years there was the added "bonus" of my husband's medical care during his recovery from his farm accident.

It can feel like the challenges are never ending and like one area is going to suffer.
