One of the top reasons women have been hesitant to work with me:

❌Fear of what they may have to do! Some women have said they are just not ready to get into some of the things they know are holding them back.

❤️Truth: I will NEVER "make" you do anything or talk about something you're not ready for. That's not what this is about. It's natural to feel uncertain if you've never worked with a coach before, but you are in the driver seat, I simply guide you along the path.

I know all too often I would give it my all at work...only to come home and feel like all of my energy was wiped.

Playing with kids was a chore...

Cooking dinner....ugh!

And for several years there was the added "bonus" of my husband's medical care during his recovery from his farm accident.

It can feel like the challenges are never ending and like one area is going to suffer.

Do you find your burnout effects you more at home or at work?
