brings home two 2nd place finishes in Figure 35 and 40 at Masters Nationals! This is her 3rd show ever first National show and our third show working together. She trains like an absolute animal in the gym and couldn’t make prep much easier! She’s a fantastic example of strong balanced muscle throughout her entire body. I couldn’t be more proud of how she performed and some simple tweaks to her posing will be all that’s needed for her to be undeniable! Excited to see what’s next for her as we are back to training hard and making progress💪🏼🇺🇸

second time ever on stage and brings home a 5th place finish in the 40+ figure division at Masters Nationals! She came to me last year with a goal of getting on stage and improving her look but with an in person approach (in person will always be vastly superior to just working with someone online). I saw her potential and knew she would be competitive on a National stage if she put in the work in a quality growth phase. So in 8 months of our training together she put on over 4lbs of muscle tissue! Our in house Dexa scan clearly confirmed this! Without all of her hard work and dedication none of this would have been made possible! We put a plan together and you better believe next time she steps on stage she will be undeniable💪🏼 I’m so proud of you girlie!! We have a great time in the gym even when you hate the pics I capture of you killing our workouts! Time to get back to work and crush these goals💪🏼🇺🇸

transformation has been amazing to watch. Over the years Mike has worked with me he has made significant life upgrades by training properly eating better and doing cardio that coordinates with his goals. Having more muscle (OVER 24lbs more) , better mobility and more energy allows Mike to overcome anything life throws at him! Mike has been training with me for around 6 years now but this transformation has happened over the last 2 years!!! Yes crazy but the numbers don’t lie when you do everything possible needed to achieve your goals! Mike weight trains 2-4 times a week and does his cardio (distance running) throughout the year as he dials in for the occasional race. So proud of you buddy for not only being a fun positive person in this team but for you also living the lifestyle and being a role model to others that age means nothing if you’re willing to work hard!! Can’t wait to see what’s to come and to be here to push you along the way!! It may be hard to find like minded people to help push one another to be your best but here at JRWFITNESS WE ALL are here for one another and you can be apart of this fitfam too!!

dominated the stage in her first show at the Indiana Pro. She did the Fit Model division where she took 1st places in True Novice, Novice and the Open. Her attention to detail and focus is exactly what it takes to win. A perfect example of why I don’t just put anyone up on stage. You can have the body but if you don’t have the mindset you won’t be working with me! All we do is win and I can’t wait to see what more Grace can do. She leaves for medical school soon so she will be laser focused on those goals now! Couldn’t be more proud of all you accomplished in such a short amount of time!! Keep kicking ass like I know you will and success will continue to be in your future!💪🏼🇺🇸

family came to me to simply focus on being healthier by adding in some working out. Cohen fell in love with lifting weights and then asked me if I would help him on his journey to do a bodybuilding show. His family is so supportive of his goals you couldn’t have a better team backing him! We laid out a plan and got to work! Being 6’3” and a farm fresh 20 years old I knew we had to show up on point. With his work ethic I knew we would achieve the goals he set for himself. Taking home 2 5th place wins is one heck of an accomplishment especially when he was by far the youngest and the tallest guy on stage! He has that fire burning to continue to improve and I can’t wait for him to show off all his hard work and dedication in 2027! This show was to teach him the process and see if he liked the experience. We don’t just do shows to do them, there is a plan and now that he loves the lifestyle wait till you see him next time! Just like every other show we do he will most certainly be in the top spot from now on!! Proud of you buddy for being so focused and so dedicated to your goals!
