Ronald Timothy Willey

Ronald T. Willey, 64, Deerfield, formerly of Lake Mills, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at his home.
He was born on December 25, 1958 in Waukesha, the son of the late Robert “Big Bobber” and Rose (Smith) Willey.
In 1977 he graduated from Lake Mills High School. Later that same year he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he proudly served until his honorable discharge in 1981.
Ron enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a die-hard Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Ron was an avid pool and darts shooter and played in many leagues and tournaments throughout Wisconsin.
Survivors include his children, Jennifer Willey, Kyle Willey, Britty (Frank) Hammel, all of Madison; one granddaughter, Zelda Hammel; three brothers, Ralph (Nicole) Willey of Lake Mills, Robin (Paula) Willey of Appleton, Ryan Willey of Fort Atkinson; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the Claussen Funeral Home.
Friends may call after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home until the time of service.
Burial will be in the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
If desired, memorials may be made to the family of Ronald Willey.
