This summer, Momentum will be offering an unforgettable two-week summer experience where creativity takes center stage! Our intensive dance camp brings together professional choreographers and live musicians to guide young artists ages 9-13 through an exciting journey in music, dance, and performance. 🎉

Over two weeks, campers will explore movement, rhythm, and storytelling while building confidence, collaboration skills, and artistic expression. They'll work alongside teaching artists who bring professional expertise and a passion for nurturing young talent. ✨

The experience culminates in a showcase performance where families can celebrate what their children have created together, a powerful moment of accomplishment that participants carry with them long after camp ends. ❤️

Rooted & Rising was more than a performance. It was a celebration of courage, creativity, community, and the stories of extraordinary women who continue to inspire the next generation.

Ending the week with THIS energy! 💃 Our green cast, featuring students from Eakin Elementary, Ecole Kenwood Elementary, East Columbus Elementary, Hilliard Horizon Elementary, Georgian Heights Elementary, Maize Elementary, and Lindbergh Elementary owned the stage with two amazing performances today. We couldn’t be prouder of everything they accomplished this year!

We were so proud to see members of our advanced teams perform at ’ Women of Achievement luncheon yesterday!

💥 This inspiring event honors Central Ohio leaders who are championing women and creating lasting change — an impact that deeply resonates with our year-end showcase theme, Rooted & Rising: Courageous Women of Ohio.

Our dancers performed a piece honoring feminist activist , one of the trailblazing leaders highlighted in our program.

Today, our blue cast lit up the stage with two fantastic performances, featuring students from Cranbrook Elementary, Scioto Darby Elementary, United Elementary State Street, Columbus Gifted Academy, Clinton Elementary, Oakland Park Elementary, and Valley Forge Elementary, alongside our advanced teams. 💙

A special moment from the day: Executive Director Kathryn Stephens presented the Momentum Excellence Award to Dr. Angela Chapman, CEO and superintendent of , in recognition of her more than 25 years in public education and her leadership in expanding access to education for students across the district.

We also had the honor of introducing our audience to Representative Munira Abdullahi, one of the nine courageous women we are celebrating in our show this week!
