OSU Extension is the outreach arm of The Ohio State University’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. OSU Extension, Franklin County engages residents of all ages in lifelong learning – from children and seniors, to farmers and business owners, to leaders and elected officials – in four program areas: Community Development, Agriculture and Natural Resources, 4-H Youth Develo

pment, and Family and Consumer Sciences. Our services include: money management workshops; basic and advanced computer classes; HUD-certified, City of Columbus approved homebuyer education; nutritional education programs (EFNEP and SNAP-Ed); senior health and wellness programs; community 4-H clubs; school enrichment; after-school and STEM programming; 4-H CARTEENS; School gardening programs; Garden Info-line; soil testing kits; Master Gardener Volunteer program; Columbus Local Foods Guide; Master Urban Farmer program; and urban agriculture education programs
