Announcement! 🎉

Today was my last day at Sweatbox Fitness. It has been a wonderful experience working here as a personal trainer. I have decided to pursue my own business offering In-home training in Columbus.

I have learned and grown so much since my first day here. Despite a pandemic I still managed to grow my clientele and make some awesome connections.

I wouldn't want to have had this experience anywhere else. Thank you to all those who have supported me and trusted me with their fitness goals!

I'm happy to wish best of luck on her next adventure to a new state and fresh start! She has been a pleasure to train and see each week, bright eyed and bushy tailed 😂😂.

I was able to watch her improve on her strength training, see her create her own exercises, kick butt at boxing and so much more!

I am grateful to have been with her for over a year (despite a pandemic that took away time from her training).

PROGRESS POST 💪💪

So although 2020 has been a struggle at points it has also brought me many blessings.




For the month of June something clicked in my head and made me want to take that next step. I cut out artificial sugar, booze and coffee out of my diet. I started doing wayyyy more ab exercises and continuing my normal training routine.




I love my sweets and have always been thin. I've wanted to change those two things. I wanted go get back to a healthy eating pattern with clear consistency. I also wanted to be muscular.




These before pictures show me not comfortable in my body, before I found my love for training. I still love that person but the person in the lower picture is who I want to continue to be. She feels better about herself and wants to help others feel the way she does.




There's no secret to this. We all discover our path on our own. However, I want to help others get there a little faster by educating them about how their body works, what we should fuel them with and how to think kind thoughts every day. We are our own worst enemies so let's stop that and be our own best friends 🙌
