Hi everyone! My name is Jacqueline Harnisch, and I’m excited to announce that Growing Minds Family Early Learning will be opening on May 25th here on the north side of Lincoln, near Kooser Elementary!

I am currently looking to fill a few open spots for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old.

Caring for children has been my passion for many years. Before moving to Lincoln, I owned and operated a successful in-home daycare in Columbus for 8 years. Prior to that, I served as the director of a daycare center in South Dakota for over 6 years. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from CCC in Columbus and am currently working toward my Bachelor’s Degree in Education through UNK, with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. I’ve also been working with Lincoln Public Schools as a para, where I earned my substitute teaching certificate. Along with raising my own children, I bring over 15 years of hands-on childcare experience.

Growing Minds Family Early Learning will be fully licensed by the state and will participate in the Food Program, helping provide nutritious, balanced meals for the children in my care. My focus is on high-quality care in a small, nurturing environment, where each child receives the attention, support, and encouragement they need to learn and thrive.
