Nikki's Family Day Care

I am very excited to begin a new chapter in my career! After 20+ years in this profession, I have decided to slowly transition into a preschool only program.

If someone is looking for a preschool for their child, but wanting something with homeschool vibes & a smaller group, this will be the perfect fit.

Our learning curriculum will be hands on, play based and child led. Very little (if any) worksheets will be done throughout the year. Instead, we will dive into sensory activities, nature, artistic interests, and group discussions & games.

For those looking for preschool only and not full-time childcare:

🍏 Starting in January, I will be offering moring only sessions. Currently, my full-day enrollment is full.

🍎 Starting in August, I will look at offering the option of morning or afternoon preschool sessions. I will share more info on that in the Summer!

We discovered the new Lilo & Stitch is on Disney!

It’s Vinny’s last day before school starts…so we are going to spend it camping in our fort! Happy end of Summer break to you all!

Boxes….always the favorite “toy” 🤣

Some of our new toys showed up today and I am so pleased!!! I was nervous at first because each set came in a very small box. But after opening each one up, I’m very excited! We got a few sets in each of the photos below and they each came in their own canvas storage bag.

The animals, trucks, tea set, and fishing set will be used in our water table this summer. I’m so in love with these toys because they open up for thorough cleaning! Bath toys are at risk of mold, so this made me so happy!

The doctor sets are super cute and the kids will love these!!!

I also got a couple “makeup and hair” sets.

I’m so excited to see the imaginations bloom this Summer!
