Meet Niki Hampton, MBA, CEO
Niki Hampton is the President and CEO of Fifth Gear Leadership Consulting, Inc. She brings extensive organizational, leadership, training, and community-development experience to her work. Her professional background includes experience with organizations such as Abbott Laboratories, Columbia Gas of Ohio, Columbus State Community College, and the City of Columbus.
Niki earned her bachelor's and master's degrees with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Christian University.
Her leadership extends beyond corporate consulting into nonprofit and community engagement. Public professional information identifies her as a community leader in Columbus and notes her service on the ADAMH Board of Franklin County, and NAACP.
