MUW Office of Development and Alumni

We recently gathered at Jacques Louise Bakery in Memphis with friends and alumni to highlight the impact of internships for W students. The W’s Career Services and Professional Development Center helps students prepare for successful careers through hands-on learning and meaningful professional connections. Gifts to the Preferred Development Scholarship Fund help students gain valuable experience and take the next step toward their career goals.

Together, we are creating opportunities for every student, every dream, and every journey.

Meet Amiyah, a junior majoring in speech-language pathology.

Amiyah says, “My journey at The W has helped me grow while pursuing my passion for speech-language pathology. The W is a place that feels like home. I have made lifelong friendships and learned so much about myself here. Donor support is meaningful to me because it shows that others believe in my education and want me to succeed."
