The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce’s Office of Math Achievement is launching monthly virtual office hours to share updates, answer initiative-related questions, and support high-quality mathematics instruction. District instructional leaders are encouraged to participate, with new webinar topics announced each month.

Ohio’s Industry-Recognized Credentials (IRCs) are changing! The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and Battelle Education are offering virtual trainings to help districts prepare for the redesigned IRC system.

Participants will learn how to:

🔹 Identify opportunities for credential adoption, expansion, and bundling

We had a full house for our first Transition Network of the year!

It was great to see so many familiar faces and welcome new participants as we came together to learn, connect, and strengthen transition practices across our region.

Our focus was Competitive Integrated Employment, exploring transition services and resources across the grades—from PreK–5 through 12+—and how intentional planning at every stage can help prepare students for life beyond school.

This is ELITE 11 in action—collaborating, sharing expertise, and being intentional about creating meaningful transformation in education and improved outcomes for students.

Erin and Susan loved spending time with the YouthBuild Columbus Community School team during their teacher inservice day! Together, we reviewed the iMTSS Framework and dug into the YB MTSS Playbook the team began developing last year. It was great to see staff building on that work and thinking about how to bring the Playbook to life this school year!
