We’re excited to shine October’s spotlight on Jacob Taylor, Vice President & CFO at Bay Bank in Gladstone, MI.

From his BPA roots (2011–2018), Jacob served as National Postsecondary President, local chapter president, state parliamentarian, and more. BPA sharpened his communication, professionalism, confidence, and networking skills — tools he still uses today.

He’s stayed connected by volunteering with Michigan BPA, helping with state conferences, reviewing Torch Award applications, and working on event alignment through the Workplace Skills Assessment Program.
