Apostle Niki Hampton is a prominent pastor, speaker, author, and organizational leader based in Columbus, Ohio. She serves as the senior pastor of Fresh Start Worship Center, where she leads her congregation with dedication and passion.

In addition to her pastoral duties, Apostle Hampton is the CEO of Fifth Gear Leadership Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in organizational and community leadership development.

Her commitment to community service is evident through her involvement with various organizations and initiatives. She collaborates with Mothers of Murdered Columbus Children, providing spiritual and emotional support. Most recently she accepted a position in the Mayor's Office - Office of Violence Prevention as an Executive Advisor, working to promote safety and reduce violence.

She is recognized by County Commissioners for her exemplary leadership through her appointment to the Alcohol Drug And Mental Health Board of Franklin County as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees. In her role on the board she serves as Chair of the Nominating Committee.

Apostle Hampton holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in organizational leadership from Ohio Christian University, reflecting her dedication to education and leadership development.

Her dynamic speaking engagements and leadership have made a significant impact in her community and beyond. She is known for delivering powerful messages, such as her sermon titled "When Glory Sings" at the 2024 NACOG Camp Meeting.
