Former Army Soldiers: You can continue your service in the United States Army.
If you are a Soldier that was separated due to the COVID-19 refusal, and currently meet all retention standards for service, you are authorized reentry into the Army. You can serve in the active or reserve components and may be eligible for back pay and compensation.
More information on the process is forthcoming, Army Human Resources Command will be reaching out to all affected Soldiers this coming week via email and phone.
