Duxberry Arts Elementary is the citywide, 100% School Choice, Arts IMPACT Elementary School where the arts are infused deeply into the basic academic curriculum. 🎬✨🎥 Today I had my first PREMIER as an Executive Director at Duxberry Arts IMPACT Elementary School‼️I’m overwhelmed🙌🏿I’m FULL😍 I’m elated😭. I’m actually pretty geeked! About everything! My are coming TRUE! I was able to share the special moment with my family last night. With my Ambassadors this afternoon. With the Black girls I’ve worked with all year and their peers and teachers. With a Principal who took a chance on me 2 years ago. I am beyond grateful! 🙏🏿I have one more Premier on Thursday and then I will be releasing the date for the Virtual LiveStream Community WatchParty🎉. I’ll never understand why God blessed me to do the things I do but Father I thank you! I promise I’m going to be responsible with whatever comes with the calling! Sacrifices aren’t easy but they are necessary. So very necessary. I didn’t always live a life of purpose yet God allows me to help other folks grasp their own!

Columbus City Schools has canceled all blended learning and remote learning classes tomorrow (2/16) due to hazardous road conditions created by inclement weather.
Transportation services will not be provided. All extracurricular activities are also canceled for Tuesday.
Duxberry is now offering Extended Learning support to their students! Duxberry staff is available to provide after school tutoring and academic support every evening Monday - Thursday 4:30- 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00am - 12:00pm!
Please contact your teacher to take advantage of this opportunity. On remote learning days, please reach out for support! Drop ins are ok but it is better to sign up with your teacher to ensure proper staffing.
