In the Project Adventure philosophy, students learn about cooperation, risk taking, challenge, trust, problem-solving, and communication through classroom activities and the initiatives and high ropes experiences at the Adventure Education Center. Cedarwood students have many opportunities for field trip experiences, which include overnight camping programs for all students in kindergarten through

grade five. Students take tours of art museums and participate in many types of music concerts. The Full Value Commitment is a school wide agreement in which students pledge to be responsible, safe, accepting, honest, and to strive for growth in these areas.
